“Great event! - Well organised race day but very poor for event pack collection, and not enough t-shirts of the correct size.”

“Wish there was staggered starts for the 10k - Overall it was an amazing experience and a brilliant event. It's only my second 10k but I was disappointed given the narrow course that more thought wasn't given to breaking up the start into runners estimated time per kilometre or even runners verses walkers. The first 3k was spent trying to get the space the run the pace I was comfortable with. Maybe look into using participants previous timings at premier events. ”

“A great event - This is one of my fave events! It is friendly, atmospheric and gives athletes of all ages a fair chance to compete in their categories. The organisers have clearly listened to the feedback from last year and made a number of improvements. My only moan is that I was given an XL t-shirt AGAIN (I ordered XS), fits like a dress. Surely this is easy enough to arrange if everyone gets the size they ordered. No swaps. It's not fair on the overseas runners who can't be at the pre-race pack collection.”

“Fun run, well organized - Good run, good organisation for the most part, bag collection wasn’t possible the day before the event which might’ve been better for me. Could have more water stations on course. Would be great if more people could join! But I understand if there’s a limit because of track size”

“Great event - Throughly enjoyed this event once again. Lots of improvements made from last year. Please address the tshirt issue, once again I have a tshirt far too big. Race pack collection for overseas runners should be organised not made to feel like you are causing an inconvenience. Consider the timings as the start for the 10km was great but the start for the 5km was too small. Will be back next year! ”

“Scenic race for a Friday morning - Liked: scenery, pedestrian only course, encouragement along the route from staff, churros at the finish :) Disliked: most disgusting toilets EVER (seriously...yuck), no water at the 2.5 turnaround (a perfect location!), super narrow starting lane”

“Generally ok - Positives: easy parking, fast back dropoff, fresh fruit after the race. Minus: 1st water station was only at the 5km point, and the water was deadly cold! Couldn't even drink it properly. 10k course was mentally a bit tiring because of going back and forth. ”

“Even better this year, except for... - I had a lovely time at this event in 2019 and am pleased to say that 2020 was even better - the 10k route was smooth and the general atmosphere was fab. BUT I am really disappointed to have yet another XL t-shirt that will double as a dress. Seriously, why ask our sizes if you're not going to honour our selection? People who sign up late should put up with what they're given, not those of us who committed months ago. Or, if people have ordered the wrong size, don't swap until after the event.”

“Ok for Dubai - The + Good spot to race. Overall organization is ok, parking, access, staff. The - The bag collection (why not the day of the race). The start, awful tiny starting line, have to walk the first 500m. ”

“Great location. Lack of water stations. - The route was changed, though there was no intimation and it was mind boggling that there was no water stations throughout the route. Been on other runs that was done better.”

“Great location - great event. - Overall - a good event. Quite narrow in some stretches for the volume of runners. Need more first aid around the course. I had to stop for 20 mins to get someone help and struggled to find a close first aid. ”

“Overall good organisation. - Very bad Toilet arrangements. I was running 3k but ended up running 5 I as the marshal did not direct me to run at correct spot. Suggest that the Number BIB should have very clear indication of what race you are in, like different colors.”
