“Good event but it was not exctly organised for so many participants. A few things can be improved for the next”

“The 5km course was 5.3km which is a big error. Everyone I spoke to clocked it at 5.3km. Requesting participants to provide an address for pack delivery but then telling them they must collect the pack instead made no sense. The size Medium tops were realistically a extra-small and many didn't wear. Otherwise it was a good event. ”

“When I registered with you guys ,there was no follow up email regarding the details of the event. I dint know where to collect the race pack from I went on instagrqm on the dubai canal run n got the details When I went to collect the bib,I gave them the qr code you guys sent and they cudnt find the registration They checked with someone on the phone, checked my email and re registered me again. Very unprofessional I have registered for the shj triathlon thru ur site may b it wil the same issue”

“Very poorly organized - I haven’t received any details on how to collect my race bag; on the day of the event the the organizers did not find me on the list of participants and it took them a while to give me my bib. After the race my results were unavailable at all! ”

“Poorly organized. People screaming at runners all morning to get them to get to the starting. Honestly rather unnecessary so early in the morning. Multiple safet risks with the route not being divided properly. People running into each other and in any direction. Golf carts, non-event runners, families with kids on their morning still and pets all in the mix. Some of the 10km runners screaming and shouting at people who ran slower or walked. Is this what fintenss is about?? Not punctual”
