“Dubai Stand Up Paddle (SUP) 2024 was my first time joining an event like this! I usually do SUP in the mornings back home in Bali. The views were stunning, and the instructors were great. Hope they hold this event monthly or at least every 3 months—it was so much fun! Can’t wait to return!”

“Bus transport going back to Dubai was delayed as driver did not follow schedule and only left when bus was half full. Weather was still hot. ”

“Thanks for the organizers it was a nice experience, however it would be better to add more activities next time to kill time while waiting. One thing was annoying that when ask about something in the check in desk they tell to go to another booth to aske there and when you go to the booth they ask you to go to check in to ask there and you get stuck in a loop ”

“What a fantastic day at the Dubai Stand Up Paddle 2024! The serene setting of Hatta Dam, combined with the thrill of paddling, made for an unforgettable experience. The organizers did a fantastic job in creating a fun and inclusive event for all ages and skill levels. Kayaking was also a refreshing change of pace and a great way to explore the beautiful surroundings. The SUP sessions were also a highlight, and the instructors were awesome”
“The space for paddle boarding was way too small! Not enough room to freely move around, as soon as you stood up someone would crash in to you. Should have used a bigger space. Also it wasn’t advertised that the kayaking was also free, that should be advertised !”

“SUP was great! Keep it up! However, none from the registration team knew about the Kayak. Not even the 4/5 event crew that I asked and was told to pay instead. There were just 2 activities for this event- SUP and Kayak, yet no one had the complete info. I was not the only one asking about Kayak. I had no choice but to pay for it and to my dismay, no one even asked for the receipt upon reaching down. Lacking proper info dissemination. ”

“First of all, thanks to the organizers and sponsors. I believe the organizers can do better next time especially in informing proactively the guests during the collection of badge that there are other activities they can join for free or with a discounted costs whilst waiting for their next session or if they missed their session due to late arrival. Most people we see are just there sitting, eating and just waiting for their session instead of getting involved to lots of activities available.”
“Love the session though as it was the last event of the day, it was noticeable that the staff was tired and the organisation was lacking when compared to the afternoon. I am not sure why you need to restrict clothing, but when you have requirements, please send them in the reg email. ”

“Amaaaaazing event. Very well organized. Proper parking arrangements. Good instructions given for people like me who are doing SUP for the first time in our lives. Life jackets and lockers were provided free so that was great too. Loved the ambience as everyone was helpful and welcoming ”

“The sport in itself was fun but the overall event was very underwhelming. All the registration staff was disorganized and not well informed about the activities of the day. Staff was saying different things about the Kayak, giving all participants wrong direction and some of us ended up paying for it”
