“Unlike what you had said, we had no water provided. I felt bad from dehydration at the end of the race and asked all personnel to provide me with water. None was capable to do so. I had requested it over 10 times. Very disappointing. The race as a whole though was enjoyable.”

“Everything was amazing, safety in place. However in at the finish no water was provided (though in the email it was mentioned there will be water, so I did not bring any extra with me). I asked the ladies at the medal counter and they had no idea, just told me “go somewhere else and ask”, so I was roaming around, tired and exhausted, searching for other organizers - no luck in the end. At the briefing ceremony the speaker did not have microphone, if was literally impossible to hear briefing.”

“There should have been more information provided about the terrain of the course and quality of the snow/ice. Training shoes were not adequate for me to complete the course. There was no provision of space to warm up beforehand. Start times were changed from the booking time to the emails finally received before the event (very late in the day). ”
