“Great first event! - This was the inaugural Fujairah Sprint Triathlon, so of course there will be bits and bobs thats will need fixing - but overall this was a great event. The bike course and run course were both nice, easy and completely closed off for the public which was very much appreciated! Great music in the transition/start/finish area and amazing trophies! Well done Fujairah! Hope to come back and race again for the next one. ”

“clearly a first event - Race pack collection 0630-0700 arrived at 0630 to be told time had been changed to 0700, no communication, no course map, no course rules( I saw 2 instances of draughting) swim course was 1.2km two laps of a course with a 100m run on a very stony beach very sore feet, saw a bike crash no marshals in view could have been serious, no clear dismount area marshall not paying attention, no vendors or sponsor stands........generally a very poorly organised event ”
