“It worked better than expected and the relay spring concept made a nice new event. Also I know it is not great for the people finishing at the back of the field but I really appreciated that we did not wait so long for podiums and results and to be able to get home at a very decent time. So thank you for a great event!”

“it was a great event but two points of criticism: 1. It was definitely too expensive. 600 Dirhams for a relay is simply too much. 2. the distance got shorter week after week. From Supersprint to something that was even shorter. That was a bit of a bummer. Else it was amazing.”

Only negative would be it was frustrating to see some teams assisting each other in transition - holding bikes ready etc - effectively the same as drafting so you might want to emphasize that next time in the briefing.”

“Great event, hope to see it as an annual race on the dubai calendar. Feedback for improvement- age groups on the relays… over 18s, under 18s and an open category should anyone want to do a parent/child race. This would mean that more under 18s could participate, perhaps from 12-18 but also mean that parents can still team up with their child. Team relay- only suggestion would be to increase the number of rounds they do to equalise race time to those on individual relay ”
