“I love the event. But our daughter, Isabella Fearnley, was in the 9-12 kids female group. You will see that the girl Placed first did the race in HALF the time of the others - 13 minutes!!!! She didn’t even compete. How did this happen? How can you have made such a massive error regarding the competitors? The person in first didn’t even finish the race and yet was allowed up on the stage to take the first place. Crazy. And very disappointing for all of the girls competing.”

“Great new race venue. Easy parking for all vehicles in same location and right at transition. Great new course which is a lot faster than original course. Clearer waters, faster bike course and some shade on run. Cannot really complain about much on this event. ”

“Wish the timing and chips were more accurate. No transition time? Bike time is not easy to read either. Also, some people waiting in the transition areas that are not athletes: helping people out, by taking over their bikes etc. Where is the fairness between athletes? ”

Consider pre registration. Swim course - kayak support need to block cutting on buoys as that occurred in the junior race.”

“The racks for the bikes are always too low, meaning all bikes belinging to tall people keep falling as they don’t hang properly. I saw hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of bikes falling over and over. Mine was on the ground both times at transition. This is the same every race you guys organize. Everything else is fine, just fix the rack heights please”

“1. At registration lines for each distance the sign has to be at the begging of the line not at the end 2. Water station volunteers t to know how to give bottles. Some are holding it so tight that I could not take it on the run 3. Great photos! Great start!”

“As usual, well done, congrats! Excellent organization! Only two points to highlight that might serve for future improvements: - The race pack collection in the morning was a bit slow and messy, normally is straight forward with no delays, my guess is the new QR code implementation. - I understand that when we all are on the road, different levels of training are present, but that does not give some faster athletes to be rude with the slowest ones, this is not nice but also extremely dangerous”

“The race was great. The only downside was the registration. This took far too long and with it still being dark and there was no lighting it made the process more difficult. ”

“Very disappointed the timing system didn’t work. My bib 719 has completely disappeared from the results and the winner shows someone who ran the course in 13 minutes. Was told via email the updates results would be sent out…hasn’t happened yet. The check in process was horrible and inefficient compared to other races. I will not attend next year nor recommend it”

“The new course was awesome, I stopped doing this race as I did not enjoy the swim and run, However the new location of swim was so much more enjoyable at a better location and the run in a,shaded park was really good. Keep this same course in future please and I will race again”
