“In general, the race was quite enjoyable, featuring challenging yet attainable obstacles. However, one area where improvement is needed is the provision of clearer information by the organizers regarding the recommended footwear and clothing for the event. It is strongly advisable to wear shoes with superior grip, as standard footwear tends to be ineffective on the snowy terrain.”

“Lots of adventure, fun and GRIT! I loved the challenge but was very grateful to have my daughter at my side encouraging, pushing and pulling me. The team spirit was awesome - even from strangers. It was comforting that folk were not there to win but to enjoy, reach out to others & even queue patiently. When too weak and tired to do all the monkey bars, I just skipped a few and nobody complained. The mould and design that went into crafting the medal is amazing! Thanks for the refreshments.”

“It was fun. The course was great and we really enjoyed it, a good mix of easy to moderate obstacles that everyone can enjoy. My rating would have been higher if a better alternative for the safety pins were used. With all the crawling, climbing and sliding the pins would come undone and either injure the wearer or fall onto the course creating a hazard to other participants. Perhaps a headband or vest with the bib number should be used instead of the traditional bib+safety pins”

“Certain obstacles had a lot of traffic and marshals should have let lower skilled participants move through quicker.”

“20’min start delay on team events. Our team got stuck behind a very large team (combined teams) of approximately 20. They kept waiting at the start of every big obstacle and was impossible to pass them. Some of this groups behaviour was unsafe… running downhill at high seeds, clearly no control. The mashals did their best to move them on, slow them down.. but they did not listen. We have done this event every year since 2018. This time it was unsafe due to the volume of team competitors.”

“Congratulations! It was a well-organized race. I love the festive-mode, cheerful support team (accommodating to take photo for us - ✌️). OMG. Carrefour booth (energy bar and Gatorade is incomparable. Photographer are available in major obstacle. Tshirts is good quality ?. Wearable for bragging ?. Medal is amazing is big. Generally it's 10 for me cause We had fun! Kudos!”

“Very nice event, original, well organized. 4 points could make it nicer: - Athmosphere and support: my family came but they couldn’t stay inside, it would be great if public can come - going below the car at the beginning was wasting time better to put this obstacle later when runners are tired - I finished third but nobody told me that I had a great time so I left. No podium, no 3rd medal - could be great to see the penguins :) Otherwise, it was great.”

“The event was a lot of fun. I felt it could have been better organised with regard to start times. When it came to group stages everyone pushed forward and there was no communication and everyone ended up goi g at the same time. This led to a lot of people on the course at one time and made it difficult to manoeuvre some obstacles as you had to wait for people to clear things. This was particularly evident on the ice wall, there was a crowd of people having to stand and wait for quite some time”
