“This was my first time entering the 'Ice Warrior,' challenge and it was a blast! The cold temperatures soon faded away with the adrenalin of climbing the slope and facing the different challenges. And the support, laughter, and excitement on other participants made it a challenge to remember. I'd definitely do it again next year, bumps and bruises will not deter me! ”

“Great event I loved it, but it could be improved: - Lot of participants cheated, they don't do the 20 push up, they don't carry weight etc... It is not nice, participants should have penalty when they don't do an obstacle. - I finished third and I went into the ice bath during the race, I am not sure the 1st or the 2nd did it. If someone goes in the ice bath, he should have an advantage, or if he doesn't 1 minute penalty for example (or make an obstacle harder) - Put live screens + live results ”

“Course was poorly sign posted; not clear where you needed to go, or what you needed to do at multiple junctures. Course marshals were slow to give guidance. Wasted at least a minute, so plenty of room for improvement. Logistics aside, it was a fun race.”

“I am pretty disappointed that after finishing the race we couldn't even get t-shirts to take pictures with. Yes the medal is fine but we only wear the medal once, the t-shirt gets used a lot. The 2023 t-shirt was amazing and I was looking forward to get a new one. Me and my whole team couldn't get a single t-shirt ad they were out of stock by the time we finished.”

“Great! But needs improving: 1. I didn't get the correct confirmation email with the QR code. When I arrived a lot of people had the same problem, meaning a very long, slow-moving queue right at the start which was quite demotivating. 2. There were no S/M-sized shirts left by 9am. Only L /XL. 3. Inside, the attitude of the workers varied greatly. Some were helpful, but others couldn't care less & this led to people losing valuable time. 4. The photo staff had no clue what they were doing. Thanks!”

“A lot of participants were cheating so it's not that fun...it make the competition really bad and not nice?? It would be better if the challenge was film in live and show in the waiting area t improve themself and at the same time feel someone important and strong(people need do feed there ego too?). The challenge is hard but we can't feel the reward and the accomplishment. It looks like a self ego run (where people cheat just to post in there social media without really enjoying the effort. ”

“The gear they prescribed for the event was very accurate. Free lockers were provided and they were abundant. The marshals were very helpful and pointed me in the right direction, monitored me as I traversed the obstacles, helped me only when I really needed it and were also cheering us on. The obstacles were fun, some disproportionately more difficult than others, but there were always alternate routes I believe, if you wanted to skip any. Well hosted event. Had a lot of fun. Highly recommend. ”

“I really enjoyed it and will come back next year. It would be good if you could show the obstacles on a map of the event website before the race so we know what to expect ie on the website. ”

“Race was fun as always. But being the 15th edition I believe they should have mastered this but now, for 7 straight years I have done this the entry and registration process is terrible. They put in the instructions do not show up early. No more that 30 min early. We got there exactly 30 min early and the line to register was almost 1 hr long with everyone complaining about registering. They either need to find a better way to track it or get more people because you shouldn't have to wait.”
