“There was no clear information that which gate should be used for the entrance, since I have accreditation and my family has the season ticket. We directly approached the sustainability gate at proper time. Unfortunately we are not allowed to enter and asked to go mobility. And by that time the event finished. I came from Sharjah for only this with family by taking a day off from work and all became worthless ”

“The security should have been stronger as the crowd went crazy in the end and took more than what was supposed to be taken, instead in one bag of snack people ran and took seven and shirts were being stoned and taken plenty, my souvenir flag was stolen as well. “Buggies should have been arranged from the entrance to the venue and back to the parking. Coordination during the event was quite poor. Snack quality was bad - just a packet of juice & apple :( Didn't look like a Women's Day in anyway. ”

“The even has not been coordinated well. The Expo entrance in metro does not know about it, they have no idea at all until in charge came. We came in around 7:15. We arrive 6:30 and waited for some time. The breakfast distribution was disorganized.”

“Well coordinated At the end of the session when we were leaving there was some chaos as many rushed to grab additional tshirts and arrangements to pick the breakfast bags was not orderly. There was no queue, everyone was rushing. ”

“I just wanted to mention that at the last part of the event, the MC announced that participants can take 1 more t-shirt. They shouldn’t let the participants took the shirts by themselves but the events coordinator should have distributed because the first ones to come have taken as much as they wanted and nothing was left for those who also wanted to get one. ”

At the last minute, I hear others have received detailed, such as venue, schedule, etc. This is not the first time that I registered from Premier Online but didn'r receive any confirmation, last time is when I registered Expo 2020 Dubai Run. ”
