“I missed running on the boardwalks a little bit, but the road trip out into the mangroves was nice too. And the start times were RIGHT on time. The different vendor stands were nice too, I got some dates and an orange. All told, it was everything I could hope for in a run.”

“It was good but it could be better: 1. I wish there was a shop selling basic stuff like socks or energizers in case people forget to pack for the race. 2. The t-shirts were not provided based on actual size. By the time I got to the stand, the smallest size was xl. 3. I’m not sure if anything was done after the race about the piles of water bottles thrown into nature. 4. The tshirts are in black color which is not ideal fora run in a sunny day. ”

“The organization was excellent! My only comment is that the track, which athletes race, was rather dull, and I expected to have something more scenic given that the race was on Al Jubail Island. ”

“Too many people started together - it should be staggered as it slowed everyone down for the first 1km. The u-turn for the 3km runners back into the 5km lane was a hazard and I bumped straight into a woman. Not enough size small/medium t-shirts. Not enough bathrooms so the queues were very long. Setting was pretty. ”

On day of event only XL shirts were available (my size was M when registered) Race: started on time, but should have been on multiple waves and consider chip time. Running path was small in relation to number of participants Water stations: not enough people distributing it and easy to miss with the number of participants. After race: enough food and water Should have 60+ category ”

“the run itself is extremely well organized however: 1 ) the online registration and payment process is not straight forward especially if you have to also register your family with you 2) i did not get an sms with the bib numbers so it took quite some time for the team to find out numbers on the day. ”

“The place is great but the signalisation was a pity. The staff had to focus on one specific point, the u turn point for the 5K. Unfortunately, there was nobody at the 2.5 and the sign was not visible with all the runners running on the right side. ”

Parking was relatively full but there was room to squeeze Downsides were the bathroom, only one seated toilet available in the Cafe. The start of the run could have been done in two or more waves. It really slowed my start having to push through people early on”
