“No clear instructions were provided via email, only barcodes. We registered for the 10km and arrived at 7:17 am, but the registration was closed, and we couldn’t get our race numbers or shirts. They offered a 3km number, which we declined, and allowed us to run 10km without numbers. After finishing, they refused to give us medals until we proved our registration via email. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. ”

“1. So many runners remarked that the run was much longer than the distance mentioned, as did our GPS watches. Hence, running times were not as expected either. 2. Please, it’s a heartfelt request to prioritise POD and children’s places first. It’s quite a lot of waiting for them and can easily be amended. We want to encourage more to join.”

“Love the event, best location and route under roof was very special and unique, great atmosphere, lovely medals and T-shirt design (although grey color not my favourite!) Maybe better for POD / para-athlete can start later/separate start next time? because start of 5k it became too unsafe and dangerous with people pushing to get to front and not easy to navigate in small space etc Will be back for next year for this iconic race very good! merci beaucoup!”

“No clear signs in the road to the event. No warm up activity. No waves for running which cause people to push through. Runners course is small in relation to number of participants. Water stations need to be distracted @1.5 and 3km. No energy drinks. Louvre tickets should be for a week at least not same day entry.”
