MIRAL Pink Run
“Distance markers should be in place for each 1km. The distances were long for 3k, 5k and I heard possibly short for 1k. Water on course could do with being a bit cooler, it was warm. Marshalls were very quiet needed to bring some energy.The 1km started 5 mins early with little notice. The collection area closed too early and usually closes a maximum of 30 mins before a race. More shading needed for runners after the event.Race result noticeboard would be good. Send finish times by text message”

“It was fun, but ive noticed there was no first aid station anywhere near the starting point. As i saw a little girl fell off at the start of the 1km race. She was run over by big people on the race. She was crying, parents were looking for first aid assistance but nothing on the site. All in all it was great fun.”

“The run path & volunteers were very nice, however, the event ran out of Tshirts. They only had medium size tshirts when we arrived. After few minutes, they started giving out XL tshirts with some other colour and material. My and some of my friend's size was 2xl, 3xl - but we never got our size. It demotivates me to register for future events knowing EVEN AFTER REGISTERING IN ADVANCE WITH MY TSHIRT SIZE DETAILS & REACHING THE EVENT SITE ON TIME, I STILL DID NOT GET WHAT I HAD REGISTERED FOR.”

“Firstly the distance was 3.6 kms and not 3 kms. It shouldn't be organized outdoor as the weather is still very hot and humid. The organizers REALLY need to make arrangements for the kids on the strollers and not consider them for the top 3 finishers (individual awards). Might as well, give the kids on the stroller a tshirt + bib but without the barcode to calculate the time as it is unfair to those kids who are putting in the effort to run.”

“The race was well planned, information was clear and volunteers were excellent! It would have been better though to have the presentation in a cooler place as it was quite hot on the race day. Also the Tshirts were very nice but it was a bit thick and as soon as we put it in, we were feeling really hot, not just because of the weather but it was a little thick for the heat, none the less everything else was amazing, thank you!”

At least by 6 mins Not enough shade for longer races 3k plus ones Some Marshall’s stood in your way Considering you have digital bar codes we got no times afterwards Inaccurate distances 3km race was 3.5km same for 5km race Lots of simple aspects could be a lot better ”

“The only let down was that the run staff had no briefing about the race results. I asked a few but they had no clue about any QR code or showed me the wrong one. This was not ideal for families with children who had to wait about an hour after in the intense heat and sun, just to learn of any podium places. It would’ve been professional and efficient if race results were posted, like other race organisers do. ”

“The Miral Pink Run was a fun event. My family and I enjoyed it. The only thing that I notice is that the road used is too narrow that we runners beginners and elite bumped each other. But overall, it is well organized. Lots of water stations and lots of guiders to lead us to where to go. The tshirts are awesome and overall we had fun. ”
