“Race was cancelled but I was not informed by either text or email, so I arrived at the date / time / location specified, only to centrally work out myself there was no race on. I tried calling and messaging the race organisers number at the time and no answer (although they eventually did answer and promise a refund). To date, I am still awaiting a refund.”
