“Nice experiece. It was my first 10k run event”

“Hello - we found the organization of the race to be quite confusing and frustrating None of the volunteers we spoke to could give us proper instructions or directions, and there was no map of the route anywhere to be found. The event suggested that the race would be at Meyden Track and we had been under the impression that we would be running at least on or near the grass, and not on a paved road (with no views at all) .. Furthermore, the awards ceremony was very long for such a short race ”

“Timer shows me wrong that i finished my run in 31.25 secs but in result its showing something else. ”

“Poor organisation: - One runner paced by an electric scooter with no attempt from marshals to police - No fruit juice left when 10k finished ( I was finished in top half) Not a great venue”

“The route was boring. I am used to having run this one with the palm tree-lined streets but the two out and back I did not care for. The t-shirts were just meh. I liked the bag, but there was nothing special about this race compared to the other Meydan 10K races. People were friendly. I wish the awards ceremony was earlier and quicker. ”

“It's an average race event. Not much entertaining and shortage of refreshments items.”

“The presenter went on and on with raffle draws etc rather than getting to the race results. It was frustrating and hot. He even asked the crowd who told him to carry on with results but he insisted on putting us through that miserable raffle draw The race and the course were great But a few people were given green raw bananas. I understand it is sponsored but even if it is, it sucks for late finishers ”

“1) The refreshments and were way too less that the last lot of people who finished race did not get even the energy drinks. Yet, the event was very expensive to register! 2) Secondly, the bananas were UNRIPE !!! WERE THE PLAYERS EXPECTED TO EAT RAW BANANAS? ”
