“Arrangement is good. However the volunteers are not having enough information to respond to the queries. One simple query on junior swim route is diverted to three to four people and finally said that it will explained before the event. But there is no proper explanation before event. I have attended similar events where they explained twice in English and Arabic as well. Better to provide explanation on route properly before race or keep the volunteers well informed. ”
