“They announced that in 1.5 km race there will be differences between kids and adults, but they didn’t take that into account. Many kids were upset as they arrived first among kids and they were waiting for prize but didn’t get any. ”

“It was not organised well once the race started. Finishing lines were not informed. Plus for 1.2 km it was stated there will be prizes for different age groups. All the children were very upset”

“There was no proper marshals at the finish line to direct the first three towards the finish line due to that my husband lost his first position even after finishing it first which I had found it very unfair ”

“This was a fantastic ecen organised by Dubai sports Council along with other sponsors. Just gave it a 9 instead of 10 as the organisers did not time manage the BIB distribution and we had to wait for more than an hour. Rest it was all fun!”

“Venue was good, the freebies that we got were also good, the organization of the races wasn't so good. Lots of 'volunteers' and Silicon Oasis staff but not really doing much to control the races. When the 2.5km race was waiting to start, the 1.2km runners were finishing but we were blocking the finish line, it would have been better to let the 1.2km race finish and then start the 2.5km race. Also, the finish area was too busy, I had to avoid people standing around when I was finishing my race. ”

“Looking forward for more such events in winter with more activities to get involved in with family. On the marshaling part needs more organization and training to control the crowd and follow orderly manner. They need to guide the crowd often on how to stand in proper line and also how crowd should maintain proper distance with each other. Other than that the staff was very polite, cheerful and helpful. ”

“It was an amazing event for family, the prizes, medals, trophies and gift vouchers were amazing including drinks. Many sponsors were around and it was superb. They should improve on the marshaling part, it seems like the Marshals were not briefed or not aware on what are they expected to do. Though they were many. Some runners got confused and went different routes while the Marshals are just around watching. Thi happened In all races from the kids 600, 1.2k and 2.5k other than marshaling it wa”

“Very bad organized. Even being a family run, the real course was different from what we were told. It became very dangerous due to the number of people who didn't behave in a proper way. Even some of the organizers were in serious risk to be ran over by the crowds at the start of the races.”
