“Below average race - 1- they have a very bad response attitude. Their reply is poor and unrespectful 2- Pick up bib time and location is unrealistic. I never experienced this ”

“Inaccurate/incomplete timing - Despite a great course and generally well organized event, the timing has let the event down. Running 5 races increases participants, but also requires additional controls and checks to ensure that timing is complete/accurate as possible. Prefer this to a t-shirt. A few constructive thoughts:- 1. Offer fewer distances until timing controls are solid. 2. Ensure monorail tickets can be purchased with race 3. All hands on deck to make sure event runs smoothly rather than compering/competing.”

“Results proceeds was verging on farcical - Large number of results are wrong. Lots of unhappy people leaving event including children. Whole timing process needs looking at before this company runs any other event. Very disappointed at follow up with company who didn’t even read the complaint email properly and didn’t deliver on their promises. Will avoid all future events involving RaceMe”

“It could be better - No biscuit nor banana at the finish line, just a bottle of water. It's important to hydrate but also to get energy. Usually I get coupon discount but this time I only had a t-shirt in my goodie bag.”

“Great views, just ok race - Great views of the Dubai Skyline, the Burj Al Arab and the sea. An event with a nice service of bag drop-off. As for the things they should consider changing: water stations not to offer water with ice inside the cup. Bananas at the finish line were so green that the one I took I ate it 2 days after the race. Supply stations need to be readdressed. Other than that is just a nice view race, quite boring though. ”

“CBD Palm - I participated in the 21km race, and unfortunately due to sudden illness I couldn’t do it.. I collected my bib 2 days before the race but No T.shirt.. I contacted the organizer 24hrs in advance in order to keep my registration money for their upcoming events, but they refused due to short notice. I got No valid excuse when it comes to illness, but the organizer seems to be always EXCUSED for Not arranging a T shirt vs our money paid !!.. Another bad experience after DFC HM.”

“No value for money - T shirts were not available. when I've started to complain about it, answer was that there is nothing much can be done and if I continue complaining they don't want me to be part of the race. No apology, "just we will refund your money, we don't want you to come". Monorail charges also were suppose to be part of the pack, 2 days before the race we were asked to pay for it. No snacks were available after 10 k race either. If not for the views, I'd be completely disappointed. ”

“Great location, poor execution - Loved the setting, great location and time of year (weather wise). Fairly rude staff at checkin, no tshirts, website crashes for results. Disappointing for price ”

“I was disappointed - The race was very good!! I enjoyed running very much. But I was disappointed because I and my family couldn’t get the T-shirts. We paid same money to join the event, not cheap. But even now we didn’t get the T shirts and I didn’t get any information. ”

“Results are never right with this organiser - A big and urgent improvement is needed for the results service. It seems to be wrong on every event. No overall results. No announcement for 10k awards. So many mistakes with starting time that can be spotted on the results page. It is so disruptive and impacts overall experience. Son kids who also were waiting for the prize presentation went home empty handed. Please fix it. We had the same in DFC half. ”
